As of February 1 “Rīgas satiksme” changes its hotline number to 20361862

To raise cost effectiveness and save financial resources, as of February 1 “Rīgas satiksme” will replace its free hotline number 80001919 by number 20361862, which will be also available 24/7 like before.

When calling the new number, clients will pay the standard tariff charged by their operator. As tariff plans most operators offer unlimited free calls to their clients, calls to number 20361862 will not create additional costs for a majority of “Rīgas satiksme” customers. Now the new number will be also available to Riga guests from abroad.

Statistical data show that in 95% of cases clients call the hotline number to ask about public transport routes, as well as arrival and departure times at their particular stops, yet now this information can be found on the boards at the public transport stops, as well as on the company’s website at   www.rigassatiksme.lv, and in social networks.

The evaluation by clients of services provided by “Rīgas satiksme” is very important to the company, and all inquiries received from the clients are registered. To make a quality analysis of clients’ inquiries, we  need precise data, so we ask clients to provide them as precisely as possible when making an inquiry.   We thank everybody who informs us about the quality of services provided by “Rīgas satiksme” and will appreciate clients informing us not only by the new phone number 20361862, but also via other communication channels, such as info@rigassatiksme.lv, “Twitter”, “Facebook” etc.

From January 15, clients calling hotline number 80001919 will be informed about these changes and the new number by a voice message. The information will be also presented on displays in public transport and on boards at public transport stops.

You can find more information about services provided by „Rīgas satiksme”, public transport schedules, types of tickets and other news on website www.rigassatiksme.lv or in social networks – „twitter” and „facebook”.
